Even in the midst of the lashing of typhoon “Ompong”, detectives of the CIDG continued its anti-criminality campaign against wanted persons which resulted in the arrest of four (4) individuals over the weekend (September 15 and 16, 2018).
Reports submitted to PDir Roel B Obusan, the suspects were identified as JENNIFER ADRIVAN y MAHUSAY, ALLAN LOU LIM y DUNGCA, ROBERTO FLORES y ALBOROTO and ALMER TAMAYO y FERNANDEZ, all arrested by virtue of Warrants of Arrest (WOAs).
42-year-old Adrivan was arrested for Qualified Theft at around 11:30 AM of September 15, 2018 (Saturday) in Purok Sudlonon, Brgy. San Miguel, Iligan City by combined elements from the CIDG RFU 10 based in Lanao Del Norte/Iligan City supervised by its Regional Chief, PSSupt Tom Tuzon and Police Stations 1 and 3, Iligan City.
While Lim was apprehended for violation of RA 9262 (The Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children Act) at about 3:30 PM of the same date at DPWH/CEO Compound, Brgy. Pampang, Angeles City by the CIDG CFU-Angeles City led by PSupt Christopher Abrahano, Regional Chief, CIDG RFU 3.
Meanwhile, 70-year-old Flores was nabbed for two (2) counts of Rape on the same day at around 4:00 PM in Brgy. Guihing, Hagonoy, Davao Del Sur by police operatives of the CIDG RFU 11 based in Davao Occidental headed by its Regional Chief, PSupt Edilberto Leonardo together with the Malita Municipal Police Station (MPS), Hagonoy MPS and RIU Davao Occidental.
And Tamayo was collared for Slight Physical Injuries (2 counts) in the morning of September 16, 2018 (11:00 AM of Sunday) in District 4, EPZA, Brgy. Pulung Cacutud, Angeles City by joint elements of the CIDG CFU-Angeles City and Angeles City Police Office (CPO).
The wanted persons will be turned-over to their respective courts of origin.###
